Chonta and asst. general secretary Puthai. T lamented that the state government had failed to implement the job reservation for backward communities and neglected to provide equal opportunity in matters of public employment. &nbsp;\u201cWe are saddened to say that the Khiamniungans are less represented tribe in the Government offices which is single digit percent in the state govt. services\u201d, it added.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>KSU said it had come to know that the transfer of government servants along with the posts in many departments still prevail, depriving and discriminating the Khiamniungans since the inception of the state.
