Mongtsiu, P. Yamliu of Shamator village and driver Venthong.<br \/>\nWhile Kiusum village council chairman and driver were released at around 4.30 p.m. two others were still held hostage. <br \/>\nTikhir students\u2019 union (TSU) Monday lodged an FIR with Kiphire police station.
