{"id":133957,"date":"2015-04-28T00:32:46","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T00:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2015\/04\/28\/4-held-with-ganja-wildlife-product\/"},"modified":"2015-04-28T00:32:46","modified_gmt":"2015-04-28T00:32:46","slug":"4-held-with-ganja-wildlife-product","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2015\/04\/28\/4-held-with-ganja-wildlife-product\/","title":{"rendered":"4 held with ganja, wildlife product"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Kohima police manning Phesama check gate intercepted one passenger bus (MN-04-4769) proceeding towards Guwahati from Imphal and recovered 34 packets (each weighing 13 Kgs approx) of contraband Marijuana (Ganja) concealed inside a basket on April 27 at 4:30 p.m.<\/div>\n<div>Accordingly, three persons namely Milan Singh (40), son of Ibomcha Singh of Khomjom village under Thoubal district, Manipur; Rashis Khan (25), son of &nbsp;Madani of Lilong village under Thoubal district, Manipur; and Sana Sapam (19), son of Milan Singh of Khomjom village under Thoubal district, Manipur; were taken into police custody for possession and transportation of the contraband ganja.<\/div>\n<div>Case in this connection has been registered with the South Police Station and further investigation was on.<\/div>\n<div>In a separate incident, Kohima police manning Khuzama check gate, while conducting checking and frisking, intercepted one Manipur bound NST bus bearing register No. NL-11-1530) and recovered wildlife products suspected to be ginseng weighing 50 kgs from the possession of one Pfokreni Harilu Khrasi (30), son of late A Pfokreni of Makhan village under Tadubi in Senapati district, Manipur.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>During preliminary investigation, police ascertained that the consignment was procured from Arunachal Pradesh and was on its way to be delivered to a client at Imphal (Manipur).
