Only vehicles with car passes issued by NLA secretariat will be allowed entry inside the main gate to the Assembly Secretariat; 2. No vehicles to be parked by the roadside from 6 a.m. in the following areas&#8211; from Classic Island till Telephone Exchange; Raj Bhavan to New Secretariat; Razhu Point to Phoolbari (D Block).
