Imnchen spokesperson for the NPF (Noke-Kaito) said that at the hearing on March 13, ECI allowed ten persons each from the Noke and Shurhozelie group to witness the proceedings where advocates of both petitioners and respondents presented their case and formally concluded their arguments.<\/div>\n<div>However, he said the counsel for Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie, advocate Abhishek Singhvi requested the ECI for granting one-week time for written submission on the number of MLAs, CEC and vote shares etc and to which ECI agreed.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Imchen said NPF (Noke-Kaito) expected ECI would deliver the verdict once the written submission was made available.<\/div>\n<div>Taking a political dig, Imchen said Abhishek Singhvi, the learned counsel for Dr.Shurhozelie who was also Congress spokesperson, had argued the case and by which \u201cwe understand that the support of the Indian National Congress has become understandable\u201d.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>He said while Abhishek was among prominent legal experts in the country, \u201c the political overtone indicates the relationship between Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie and Sonia Gandhi.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>However, Imchen said despite that NPF (Noke-Kaito) reposed trust that ECI had nothing to do with political parties except the merit of the case.
