{"id":136792,"date":"2015-03-09T23:49:03","date_gmt":"2015-03-09T23:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2015\/03\/09\/phn-supports-parent-body\/"},"modified":"2015-03-09T23:49:03","modified_gmt":"2015-03-09T23:49:03","slug":"phn-supports-parent-body","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2015\/03\/09\/phn-supports-parent-body\/","title":{"rendered":"PHN supports parent body"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Poumai Hoho Nagaland (PHN) has expressed dismay and seriously viewed the ban order issued by convener Steering Committee NSCN (I-M) on February 18 to Poumai Naga Union (PNU) terming it as anti-national and against the universal human rights principles. <br \/>\nPHN statement said it was unfortunate on the part of NSCN (I-M) to issued such ban order branding the Poumai people as anti-national as the tribe has not committed any blunder to be termed as \u201canti-national\u201d by interfering in the family matter of Thiwa village without any proper enquiry into actual reason behind the issue and to take such pre-mature decision.<br \/>\nPHN stated that a person or organization might be declared as anti-national only if the action was pre-judicial to the interest of his own nation. It said the order was issued based on the version fed by the western Tangkhul in connivance with some vested inhabitants of Thiwa village without any consultation with Poumai people. PHN reminded the concerned government and the Naga people that Thiwa village is one of the Poumai ancestors\u2019 villages which could be proved historically, socially, politically, traditionally and culturally. It said Poumai has every right to protect and safeguard its people and land.<br \/>\nIn a joint statement, PHN president, SP Raile, and the secretary, Ch.
