Sumi Baptist Akukuhou of Unity village has conducted a one-day seminar for the church workers on March 3 at Phutoi farm, Niuland, with Rev. Aheto Sema, Mission Promoter, WSBAK, as main speaker for the retreat.\nWith his rich experience as a pastor, a translation advisor at BSI, a sincere theologian and a fervent lover of books, Rev. Sema brought out the functioning, administration and financial management in the church set up where both clergy and laity has a role to play.
\nTeam work, complimenting each other, trust, character and perseverance are the need of the hour for the both laity and clergy for the success and growth of the church, he exhorted. He also challenged the retreaters to have a vision while given an opportunity to serve in the service of the Lord.
\nThe afternoon session was led by P Zuvito Wotsa, Capt. G Khekavi Zhimo and Tokato K Yeptho on topics \u2018The working dynamics of the church,\u2019 \u2018The responsibilities of the leaders\u2019 and \u2018The role and responsibilities of the church workers.\u2019
