Chishi president TYC Khekuto Chophy general secretary said the other incident that took place on July 27 where a person belonging to one faction was shot dead near Thilixu Village Baptist Church, was \u201cagainst the moral values of Christian beliefs and principles\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>The organizations said such kind of continuous incidents within the jurisdiction of the village has created \u201cfear psychosis\u201d among the public and also destroy the peaceful atmosphere of the village. <\/p>\n<p>TVC and TYC reminded factions involved in the \u201cinhuman act\u201d that neither its village jurisdiction was a \u201ckilling ground\u201d nor its jurisdiction would be allowed to use as \u201csafe place for killing\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>The organizations warned that in event of any such kind of incident taking place within the jurisdiction in near future by any faction would not be tolerated and will cease to cooperate \u201cin any means\u201d, and&nbsp; appealed to \u201cwarring factions\u201d to shun violence for a lasting solution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thilixu Village Council (TVC) and Thilixu Village Youth Organization (TVYO) have condemned the firing incident on July 21 near Hornbill School Area killing one person on the spot.
