The \u2018Rio\u2019 hitmakers – who are made up of singer Simon Le Bon, bassist John Taylor, drummer Roger Taylor and keyboardist Nick Rhodes – don\u2019t often see eye-to-eye but they still \u201creally value\u201d each other\u2019s work and wouldn\u2019t want to play with anyone else.<\/p>\n
John exclusively told BANG Showbiz: \u201cWe argue all the time. But we\u2019ve learnt. We really value each other, we really love each other and we all still believe\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI buy a lot of music but there\u2019s nobody I\u2019m really busting to work with particularly – these are the guys I want to work with. And these are the guys I believe can still get the best out of me.\u201d<\/p>\n
John formed the group with Nick in Birmingham in 1978, and the bassist admits it was a \u201cpretty powerful\u201d feeling meeting fellow musicians who shared the same passion as him to create a successful band. <\/p>\n
He added: \u201cI\u2019ve got children who are in their 20s and I\u2019ve got nephews who are looking for a job and that\u2019s when you realise that when you\u2019re 18 years old and you know exactly what you want to do and you meet four other guys who really want to the same thing – that\u2019s pretty powerful.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
