As eleven students from different institutions vie for the title \u2018Campus Icon 6\u2019, the first audition would be held on August 4, 11 am at Sinai Hall Wokha (Mt. Sinai School High School Chapel hall) with Rajesh Sahani, Managing Director of Progressive Youth Welfare Society Nagaland as the chief guest. <\/p>\n
This year\u2019s Campus Icon prize money of Rs. 20,000\/- is sponsored by Progressive Youth Welfare Society to encourage Team Metamorphosis in particular for their commendable job which they have been doing for the past six years for the benefit of the students\u2019 community and the participants in general. <\/p>\n
The first runners up will also be receiving a cash reward of Rs. 12,000 and the second runners up a cash award of Rs. 8,000. <\/p>\n
Besides, this edition carries a cash reward of Rs. 2,000 only in every audition for the \u2018Contender of the audition\u2019.
\nVoting for the first audition closes on August 3, 4 pm. <\/p>\n
Contestants are reminded to submit their voting cards before 4pm, after which late votes will not be entertained. Votes for the first audition are limited up to a maximum of 2,000 votes only.<\/p>\n
The contestants will be judged on the basis of 50% votes and 50% marks from their performance.
\nThe grand finale will be held in the month of November during Tokhu Festival in where the Govt. of Nagaland is collaborating the Kyong\/Lotha festival with Youth Fest. <\/p>\n
Voting will close after the 2nd audition and there will be no voting at the grand finale.
\nContestants will be judged absolutely according to their performances. <\/p>\n
The organizers have requested institutions where the participating students are studying, to send their fellow students to encourage their schoolmates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
