{"id":138756,"date":"2015-02-21T00:54:09","date_gmt":"2015-02-21T00:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2015\/02\/21\/cpos-appeal-to-changs-yimchungrus\/"},"modified":"2015-02-21T00:54:09","modified_gmt":"2015-02-21T00:54:09","slug":"cpos-appeal-to-changs-yimchungrus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2015\/02\/21\/cpos-appeal-to-changs-yimchungrus\/","title":{"rendered":"CPO\u2019s appeal to Changs, Yimchungrus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Chakhesang Public Organisation (CPO) through its president Sovenyi and general secretary Kekhwengulo Lea, has appealed to both the Chang and Yimchungru tribes in Tuensang district, to do what was right, in line with the Christian faith, in reasoning together to resolve problems and to make conscious efforts towards the path of justice without insulting each other\u2019s dignity.<br \/>\nCPO reminded both tribes, that resolving conflicts in the past might have been primitive but&nbsp; quite natural and&nbsp; thus genuine grievances probably persisted.&nbsp; However, they said despite it, both continued to coexist as neighbouring tribes which reflected their resourcefulness in nurturing traditional values to ensure trust and goodwill among them.<br \/>\nCPO expressed the belief that even today, both tribes would find a way to end the conflict and once again allow peace and goodwill to prevail among them. <br \/>\nCPO also expressed regrets on&nbsp; its inability in making a timely intervention to ease the ongoing tension among the two tribes and expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
