\nIn a representation to the Nagaland commissioner, ZPO Nagaland pointed out that the Kohima Bench had in the latest order dated December 4, 2014 constituted a two-member committee \u201cto hold joint inspection of the spot and see the present status of quality of infrastructure\u201d and that the matter was listed for further hearing on February 9, 2015.
\nThe Court order dated December 4, 2014 advised the committee to notify the DC Peren and ZPO general secretary about the proposed date of inspection and submit the report before the court within two months. ZPO reiterated that it has been striving to ensure that the government of Nagaland at least was able to comprehend the immense difficulties \u201cdestined to be faced by the general public\u201d in the wake of \u201can ill-timed shifting\u201d of the office of DC Peren.
\nZPO asked what \u201ctag of excellence\u201d could Nagaland government earn by \u201cforcefully and authoritatively\u201d shifting the office of DC Peren to the new site against the appeal of the common people and in contravention of the Court order.
\nZPO has therefore requested the government to rectify the ground realities before the ongoing judicial process was over and also before necessary infrastructure was installed to the satisfaction of the concerned people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
