MLA Khekaho Assumi would grace the closing ceremony January 11 as guest of honour. Speakers for the sessions include President NVCO &amp; Convenor ACAUT (legal cell) advocate Kezhokhoto Savi, NSF president Tongpang Ozukum and Pastor Sasta Baptist Church (N) Viketo Kiho.
