A. Puni, as reported in a section of local press August 29 last, Mao council Wednesday said that Rev. A. Puni\u2019s speech had been \u201cmisinterpreted as he spoke in local dialect.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Rev. Puni was speaking at the 65th Naga Martyrs\u2019 Anniversary held at Mao Gate Town Council Hall August 28 last. In a release, Mao Council public relation &amp; publicity secretary Lokho Ozho quoted Rev. A. Puni as saying that \u201cin those days, the Meities were at their deep slumber but while the Naga struggle were in full swing.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>According to Mao council, Rev.
