The wife of tragic Robin Williams has become embroiled in a bitter dispute with his three children over the actor\u2019s estate.\nCourt documents filed in December and this month outline a bitter disagreement over the Oscar winner\u2019s money and property with Susan Schneider complaining someone came into the house days after his death and took some of the actor\u2019s belongings.
\nIn legal papers filed just before Christmas in San Francisco, lawyers claimed some property was \u201cunilaterally removed\u201d from their home \u201cdays after Mr. Williams\u2019s untimely death.\u201d
\nHowever the Mrs Doubtfire star\u2019s children have hit back claiming it is an attempt by her to change his wishes and change his will.
\nHis children, Zak, 31, Zelda, 25, and 23-year-old Cody Williams say the widow refused to allow them into his house after Williams died.
\nThey say in their filing they \u201care heartbroken\u201d saying Schneider, 50, has \u201cacted against his wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate.\u201d
\nThe say their father, who was 63 when he died, had said on his death they were to receive his Oscar, items from his films memorabilia, action figures, books, theatre masks and other items.
\nSchneider, who was married to the actor for three years, acknowledges she has no right to items related to his acting career, including props from Mork and Mindy.
\nHowever it is claimed she would like other items like his dinner suit from their wedding and other \u201cknick knacks.\u201d
\nThe children have acknowledge she can keep these items but believe she is trying to alter the terms of the \u201cjewelry\u201d. The reports claims the children were to get it all but she claims it does not include his watches.
\nA source close to Williams said he would be heartbroken by the dispute.
\nThe actor, who committed suicide at him home near San Francisco last August, left his estate valued at \u00a333million to his children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
