{"id":146317,"date":"2014-10-25T00:46:11","date_gmt":"2014-10-25T00:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2014\/10\/25\/npf-mkg-division-holds-annual-general-executive-meeting\/"},"modified":"2014-10-25T00:46:11","modified_gmt":"2014-10-25T00:46:11","slug":"npf-mkg-division-holds-annual-general-executive-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2014\/10\/25\/npf-mkg-division-holds-annual-general-executive-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"NPF Mkg division holds annual general executive meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/PPOYUNKJDLADCCHTCFXK.jpg>Naga People\u2019s Front (NPF) Mokokchung division successfully conducted its annual general executive meeting at its office premises here Friday amidst high tension and tight security.<br \/>\nPrior to the meeting, the five NPF legislators from the district held a meeting in Kohima and after a marathon session, all the difference were sorted out and unanimously decided to unitedly work together burying aside their differences.&nbsp; <br \/>\nThe meeting was graced by Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie Liezietsu, President NPF and Chairman DAN as the chief guest. <br \/>\nSpeaking at the programme, the chief guest said that Aos were more fortunate among the Nagas for they were the first to have the gospel and formal education. <br \/>\nLikewise, Mokokchung has produced the maximum number of educationist. He further said that based on this foundation, Aos have led Naga people in various fields of human development. <br \/>\nIn politics too, the Ao forefathers were the pioneers. And today, Dr. Sh\u00fcrhozelie said that \u201cwe are the proud heirs of that very party. He added that one should not forget one\u2019s history and the good deeds of our forefathers. <br \/>\nBasing on this strength, he said that the party is giving importance to the Mokokchung division. He added that the NPF party is a disciplined party and because of this the \u2018Cock\u2019 party stands today as the oldest party in the North East. <br \/>\nNPF president continued saying \u201cwe must feel proud of it and hold the prestige of this party.\u201d<br \/>\nHe also wished saying \u201cLet no man avert this hard earned work of our party\u201d. Speaking on the crisis within the NPF, the NPF President said that let us forget what has happened in the past and instead try to move ahead with zeal and determination. <br \/>\nThe chief guest also acknowledged the decision of the 5 NPF legislatures and added he appreciated their wisdom for their decision to come together and move ahead. The chief guest before he delivered his speech administered the oath of allegiance to the Moasangba Jamir, President elect, NPF Mkg Division.<br \/>\nEarlier at the programme, short speeches were delivered by Nuklotoshi, Minister in-charge Mokokchung Division and Imkong L Imchen MLA and K.G Kenye Secretary General NPF.
