It features Dylan\u2019s covers of songs by Frank Sinatra. In the interview, he made it clear that he\u2019s not comparing himself to the late singer with the album.
\n\u201cComparing me with Frank Sinatra? You must be joking,\u201d he said. \u201cTo be mentioned in the same breath as him must be some sort of high compliment. As far as touching him goes, nobody touches him. Not me or anyone else.\u201d
\nDylan went on praising Sinatra, adding, \u201cHe had this ability to get inside of the song in a conversational way. Frank sang to you – not at you. I never wanted to be a singer that sings at somebody; I\u2019ve always wanted to sing to somebody.\u201d
\nElsewhere in the interview, Dylan also revealed that he would want to be a teacher if he weren\u2019t a legendary superstar. \u201cIf I had to do it all over again, I\u2019d be a schoolteacher,\u201d he said and added he\u2019d be interested in teaching \u201cRoman History or theology.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
