\nMel B sparked domestic violence rumors after she was hospitalized in London earlier this month. At that time, she missed the first night of \u201cThe X Factor\u201d finale. Some reports said she had collapsed because of stomach ulcer while other reports suggested domestic abuse. She later fueled domestic abuse speculation after she returned to the show with alleged bruises and scratches on her arms and face.
