Mike Tyson reveals that he is a victim of a sexual abuse. The former boxing champion opened up about the story when he stopped by SiriusXM\u2019s Opie Radio show on Wednesday (October 29) saying that he was seven when the incident took place in Brooklyn. \n\u201cHe snatched me off the street. I was a little kid…[he was an] old man,\u201d Tyson said. \u201c(He) bullied me, sexually abused me and stuff.\u201d Tyson said he managed to escape and he had \u201cnever seen him again.\u201d Tyson never spoke to anyone about the abuse.
\nWhen asked if the scary experience changed his life, Tyson replied, \u201cI don\u2019t know if it did or not. I don\u2019t always remember, but maybe I do but I don\u2019t. I\u2019m not ashamed or embarrassed by it.\u201d
\nTyson is currently promoting his new Adult Swim show \u201cMike Tyson Mysteries\u201d. On Wednesday night, he appeared on CNN to talk about the cartoon and his book \u201cMike Tyson: Undisputed Truth\u201d and was unhappy when he got less air time than he expected.
