Sc. examination. KTC advisor and KUT president also spoke at the celebration.<br \/>\nEssence of Tsukum festival was pronounced by Pongom GB, while welcome address was delivered by inspector (SB) Kaikho.&nbsp; Invocation was said by KBC Tuensang pastor S.
