The meeting was attended by office bearers, GBs, Women organization and youth organization. At the meeting, the council resolved that no youth camp will be allowed to be set up within its jurisdiction during the election and use of alcohol\/abusive substance has been banned. The meeting also resolved that open platform for any candidate will be allowed with the approval of the council.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NUVYS:<\/span> Naga United Village Youth Society (NUVYS) in an executive meeting held on January 27 adopted various resolutions. Pothatso Ceiro, president and K. Lokho Lucas, general secretary NUVYS stated that the society resolved that no political camp will be allowed to be set up within its jurisdiction; no outsider will be allowed within the village during the polling day and no one will be allowed to approach any candidate of 4 Gaspani-I in the name of youth society without the permission of the president.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NBVC: <\/span>Nepali Basti Village Council (NBVC) under 1 Dimapur- I A\/C held a meeting on January 27.&nbsp; Joseph Sumi, chairman NBVC in a release has informed that that no political party will be allowed to set up party camp\/youth camp within its jurisdiction due to narrow road and area which might create disturbances to the residents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">DBVC: <\/span>Diphupar \u2018B\u2019 Village Council (DBVC) in a joint meeting held on January 22 deliberated on the forthcoming state general assembly election and adopted various resolutions: The council resolved that no party camp\/youth camp will be allowed to be set up within its jurisdiction. The council resolved to ban on selling\/consumption of drugs or alcohol within its village jurisdiction and that no non residence of Diphupar \u2018B\u2019, except election officials will be allowed to enter the village on February 23 till the polling was over.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SAKH: <\/span>Sumi Aphuyemi Kukami Hoho (SAKH) Pughoboto in an emergency meeting on January 23 resolved to cooperate with the civil administration and election machinery so as to conduct free and fair election as per the model code of conduct in the ensuing state assembly elections. SAKH further directed all GBs under 13 A\/C Pughoboto to adhere to the resolution to prevent any untoward incident during the elections period.
