Survival Nagaland (SN) organized candle light service in memory of the October 2, 2004 twin blasts victims at Dimapur, Clock tower Thursday evening.\nExhorting the gathering Lotha Baptist Church, Dimapur Associate Pastor Thenjamo Tsanglo said that it was God\u2019s intention that His people live in peace, unity and prosperity in their own land.
\nHe however lamented that this is not happening in Nagaland and that it was the responsibility of every citizen of the state to voice out against this insecurity.
\nTsanglao hoped that Survival Nagaland (SN) team who organized the programme would take God into their side and usher in a non-violent movement with \u201cguided wisdom\u201d while voicing out the grievances to the higher authority.
\nSN member Vikali Shikhu while expressing solidarity to the families of the victims also said this day should not only be remembered in memory of those killed in the blasts ten years ago, but this should also be the day to tell one another to be more stronger so that \u201cwe\u201d can protect Nagaland from such \u201cterrible\u201d incidents in the near future.
\nThe SN member remarked that the \u201coutsiders\u201d have been successful in planting bombs and blasting them and were now trying to outnumber \u201cus\u201d by population explosion.
\nShe urged the gathering to act as \u201cwe have every right to be defensive.\u201d She appealed all to step forward and have a mission mode to address the issue of IBIs.
\nA minute silence was observed in remembrance of the 30 victims who died and other who were injured at the blasts at Dimapur railway station and Hongkong Market on October 2, 2004.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
