In a press release, NVCO president Kezhokhoto Savi asked for how long were Nagas going to fight against illegal collection of cash on highways and market places and unabated taxation?&nbsp; Asserting no one was above the law and every citizen had to abide by the law, Savi pointed out that as per Article 265 of the Constitution of India \u201cNo tax shall be levied except by authority of Law\u201d.
