The organization asked how the government went ahead with its decision without consulting the apex body of the Zeliang people- the Zeliang People\u2019s Organization and PDPNGBBLOU.<br \/>\nUrging the government to take decision judiciously, PVYO also reminded that when the headquarters was established in Peren Town in 1947, there was only the Zeliang Tribal Council.
