The public also resolved to authorise the Nagaland Tribes Council (NTC) to pursue the matters till the above demands were made. <br \/>\nThe Wokha town rally held at 10 a.m. was organised by the NTC over the issue of recognition of Rongmei tribe in Nagaland besides other related issues confronting Nagas of Nagaland. The signatories claimed that \u201cseveral thousands\u201d attended the rally from all over Wokha district besides leaders from other districts. The rally was addressed by prominent Naga leaders from different Naga tribes of Nagaland and local bodies in Wokha. <br \/>\nNTC expressed gratitude to Lotha frontal organisations of Wokha district namely-Lotha Youth Hoho, Wokha Chamber of Commerce &amp; Industry, Kyong Students Union, Wokha Circle Students Union, Wokha District Village Chairmen &amp; Secretaries Association, Wokha Town Colonies Union, Kyong Hungjantae Ekhung, All Commercial Vehicles Association, Team Metamorphosis, Wokha District Entrepreneurs\u2019 Association, ACAUT Wokha Unit, press and AIR, local volunteers and all who made the rally a \u201cgrand success\u201d. <br \/>\nFurther, NTC also expressed appreciation of team members of Youth Association of Nagaland(YAN). It said members representing Wokha district expressed grave concern over the ongoing issues affecting the Nagas of Nagaland, particularly landlord and tenant issues and displaced villagers of Ralan area. The members assured unflinching support to NTC in spearheading all issues on behalf of Nagas of Nagaland, \u201c till honourable and acceptable solutions are achieved for the citizens of the state\u201d. <br \/>\nThe Wokha rally also recorded a serious concern over the attitude of the state government in handling the situation at Ralan areas.
