According to a press release issued by the council secretary, H. Kisheto Chishi, stated that the four accused who were caught by the OSD team identified as Kitohuto Zhimo, son of Keyehe Zhimo, Avito Chopy, son of Mulato Chopy, Sanjay Das, son of Ranjit Das and Piplop Das, son of Suman Das, were not residents of Sematilla colony, Dimapur.
