Aye, the police received information from the workers of the petrol pump about the body lying underneath the sand near the oil tank and a hand protruding.<br \/>\nSDPO also the victim was suspected to have been strangulated as the victims\u2019 hands and legs were tied. He was wearing a vest, black velvet pant and a black belt.
