Fr. Jason Thomas, as resource persons. <br \/>\nResource person Dr. Temjennungsang emphasized on the influence of tobacco among teenagers and explained that the habit of the addicts grows from the very delicate age. He said it was the responsibility of the parents to inculcate more knowledge about the dangers of tobacco related products to the children. <br \/>\nRev. Fr. Jason, who spoke on effective parental care, urged the parents to be a role model to their children. He said parents should deal with the children with utmost care and give them enough time to make them understand the love of the parents. He also emphasized on yoga and physical exercise which would help children to be self disciplined and restore good health.
