{"id":151298,"date":"2014-08-14T01:22:44","date_gmt":"2014-08-14T01:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2014\/08\/14\/ancsu-reaffirms-its-position-on-pms-summons\/"},"modified":"2014-08-14T01:22:44","modified_gmt":"2014-08-14T01:22:44","slug":"ancsu-reaffirms-its-position-on-pms-summons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2014\/08\/14\/ancsu-reaffirms-its-position-on-pms-summons\/","title":{"rendered":"ANCSU reaffirms its position on PMS; summons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>All Nagaland College Students Union (ANCSU) has reaffirmed its position on Post Metric Scholarship (PMS) stating that the union has been rendering utmost effort for early release of the same by urging and pressuring the state government and the concerned department.<br \/>\nANCSU in a press release issued by its general secretary Katho P Awomi and education secretary Benjougakum Lonchar claimed that it has never compromised its stand or demand to the department or individuals regarding PMS that is being pursued. Dismayed with the comments of some individuals and groups doubting the position and dignity of the office, ANCSU said that it is dismayed for such disregards despite efforts being put up by it for the welfare of the student\u2019s community. ANCSU has also appealed all to refrain from giving unnecessary and defaming statements or comments with proper knowledge\/information of the issue to the press media, social networking site.&nbsp; <br \/>\nThe union has also demanded the presence of Keduolhoukho Dominic Chadi of St. Joseph\u2019s College, Jakhama in its office within five days of the publication of the notice for explanation with evidence in regard to his write up published in this daily on August 13. ANCSU while terming Keduolhoukho\u2019s write up as \u201cimmature, baseless and demeaning\u201d stated that such statement does not deserve even a \u201cslight attention\u201d.
