Family sources said the funeral service will be held at Tseminyu Old town on October 27, 10a.m.<\/p>\n<p>He was 84. He leaves behind wife, three sons, three daughters, 24 grandchildren and one great grand children. <br \/>\nBorn on November 29, 1928 at Phensh\u00fcnyu village, Daniel did his early education at Government High school Kohima, graduated from Tribubhan University Kathmandu Nepal 1969. He was appointed as headmaster of Government high school Tseminyu in 1957. <\/p>\n<p>After his retirement from the government servant he served in different organizations in different capacities. Namely President Rengma Hoho, president Rengma G.B. association, Tseminyu town council member, president council of Rengma baptist churches (CRBC), president pensioners association Tseminyu, president southern Rengma public organization. <\/p>\n<p>He was serving as board member Ura Academy, executive council member TPO (TCU) and principal\/proprietor of Christian school Tseminyu old town till the time of his demise. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, various organisations has conveyed condolence messages to the bereaved family members of late Daniel Rengma. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">TPO: <\/span>Tenyimi people\u2019s organization (TPO) Nagaland, Manipur and Assam state have expressed shock to hear the sudden and untimely demise of W. Daniel Rengma who was the executive council member of TPO and also the board member of Ura Academy till his last breath. <\/p>\n<p>In the condolence message Keku zeliang president TPO described him as trustworthy and simple man, great humanist who always sought peace and concerned for the welfare of his people and betterment of the society. <\/p>\n<p>TPO stated that his demise has created a great vaccum which would be difficult to fill and further extended sorrow and sympathy to bereaved family members. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Rengma Hoho: <\/span>Rengma Hoho has mourned the demise of late Daniel Rengma, former President Rengma Hoho and member Tseminyu town council who passed away on October 26. <\/p>\n<p>A condolence note issued by Rengma Hoho president Sawathang Kez Seb stated that late Daniel was a man of principle, strong determination, dedicated leader and a pioneer among Rengma society and his death is a great lost to Rengma people in general. <\/p>\n<p>The hoho said it was saddened to learn about the demise death and conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">NSF: <\/span>NSF has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family of late Daniel Rengma who passed away at CIHSR, Dimapur at the age of 84. <\/p>\n<p>NSF in a condolence note stated that late Daniel Kent was the first President of Rengma Students Union and one among the pioneer of NSF during its formation in 1947.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W.Daniel Rengma, retired joint director, industries and commerce who met with a mobile accident on October 23 at Naharbari, Dimapur, passed away on October 26 at CIHSR.
