Bruce Willis and Demi Moore reportedly gave their daughter Tallulah an ultimatum over entering rehab and almost cut her off financially.<\/div>\n
The Hollywood stars feared for the 20 year old, who has been battling alcohol and cocaine abuse, and were prepared to do anything they could for her to get help before she checked into The Meadows treatment centre in Arizona last month. A source told People magazine: \u201cTallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum. Her parents were about to take everything from her.\u201d Others close to Bruce and Demi\u2019s daughter claim her troubles stem back to her school days and she was \u201cadversely affected\u201d by her parents\u2019 divorce in 2000.<\/div>\n
A former high school classmate also claims Demi\u2019s hospitalisation and trip to rehab in 2012 saw her skip school. The source said: \u201cWhen Demi was hospitalised, Tallulah didn\u2019t show up to school for days because she was too embarrassed. \u201cShe was very open about Demi\u2019s issues and would sort of imply, \u2018Of course I have issues too, look at my mom\u2019.\u201d<\/div>\n
Meanwhile, friends have told Star magazine her mother has been feeling \u201cso much guilt\u201d about Tallulah spiralling out of control and her sister Scout reportedly walked in on her snorting cocaine at The Roosevelt Hotel. She went straight to Bruce and told him.<\/div>\n
The movie star allegedly threatened to cut his daughter off financially if she didn\u2019t get help, but she continued to take the drug and found it difficult to battle the addiction when she moved from LA to New York in June. Tallulah – who runs her own blog and aspires to be a writer – is now on the road to recovery.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
