Lily Allen\u2019s lighthearted \u2018handcuffs\u2019 prank seems to have landed her in hot water. After stepping off a plane in Australia, the singer asked local police officers to stage a mock arrest. \nShe then posted the image of herself kneeling, hands behind her back, to million of followers. The picture taken at Gold Coast Airport in Queensland received 7,700 likes on Instagram. Unfortunately police chiefs weren\u2019t quite as impressed and an investigation into the incident has been launched. \u201cAt her request members involved placed open handcuffs for a photo opportunity,\u201d a spokesman told the Daily Mail.
\n\u201cIt appears the members involved were caught in the moment and standard protocol were breached.
\n\u201cIt is subject to internal processes.\u201d The image has since disappeared from Lily\u2019s social media. Since returning to the music scene after taking time out to have children, the songstress has found herself in the midst of one controversy after another.
\nShe had an argument on Twitter with model Jourdan Dunn and also admitted that one of her singles had been banned because the lyrics contained an offensive word.
\nHowever, one person who is supporting her all the way is husband Sam Cooper. During the Australian tour, on which she had ten gigs in two weeks, Lily talked about their relationship.
\nThe mother-of-two has revealed that he encouraged her to come out of retirement and get her creative juices flowing. They married in 2011 and are parents to Ethel, three, and Marnie, one.
\nLily told Aussie radio that she had been concentrating on \u201cpureeing vegetables\u201d and \u201cbuilding lego\u201d, but didn\u2019t feel fulfilled. \u201cIt was my husband who said \u2018Maybe you need to start writing again\u2019. It made feel better,\u201d she said.
\nThe 29-year-old also spoke about how lucky she feels in her marriage. \u201cI still don\u2019t feel worthy of my husband. He\u2019s an amazing person.
