Pensioners have also been informed that an online grievance redressal system has been functioning in the Office and could be viewed on the office website. Any person having grievance with any entitlement functions (pension, GPF, payslips &amp; loans) discharged by the office of the Accountant General (A&amp;E) could record his\/her grievance online. Along with text of the grievance, relevant documents could also be uploaded.
