The session was hosted by Human Resource Development of Khonoma Ruffuno, Nagaland.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>\nModerated by Huzo Mero, YouthNet strategist Lezo Putsure began by sharing the various activities of the Impact \u20185000 by 18\u2019 campaign \u2013 which is a collaboration of YouthNet and the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland. He mentioned that the organization planned to travel to each district and work with various stakeholders towards building an entrepreneurial ecosystem \u2013 an inclusive support system that would build the State. <br \/>\nHe said \u2018our parents invest half their hard-earned money in our education and when we graduate but stay unemployed, we burden local growth.\u2019 He encouraged the participants saying that by being employed or doing productive work would brings income to themselves, adding they would not only add value to their family\u2019s investment but contribute to the local economy. <br \/>\nYouNet training consultant, Susan Ela James, shared slides on communication skills and improving attitude, to stay positive and create a growing environment and also how our career can be enhanced through part-time jobs, internships etc. She also did a personality test to help the participants understand their strengths and areas to improve upon.<br \/>\nYouthNet training leader, Nune Chase, shared her experience working in the cities and showed slides on professionalism, work ethics, how to build your career smarter at work, the skills to excel and also how important it is to create a positive impact to people.<br \/>\nEbibeni Humtsoe, team leader \u2018Nagaland Job centre\u2019 (NJC) &#8211; the recruitment wing of YouthNet, shared current job openings in Nagaland and outside and the eligibility. She informed that Nagaland is a new growing market with many companies setting up space needing experienced people which were difficult to source and how outsiders take the big jobs in Nagaland.
