{"id":156494,"date":"2014-06-18T23:10:12","date_gmt":"2014-06-18T23:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2014\/06\/18\/kbcyd-organizes-theater-workshop\/"},"modified":"2014-06-18T23:10:12","modified_gmt":"2014-06-18T23:10:12","slug":"kbcyd-organizes-theater-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2014\/06\/18\/kbcyd-organizes-theater-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"KBCYD organizes theater workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/DKJGYEUKSQNMHXRNSFNU.jpg>Khar Baptist Church Youth Department (KBCYD), Khar Village has begun a theatre workshop from June 17 to June 21 for its members with the objective of making the medium an important tool for communicating with the rest of the congregation on God\u2019s message and Christian principles. <br \/>\nIn a press release, KBCYD youth director I\/C Lima Walling said the purpose of organizing the workshop was focused on how to make drama, skits and plays the means of communicating with fellow Christians about God and Christian teachings.<br \/>\nHe also said creativity in worshipping God has become the focus in most of the Churches in recent times and that older folks have been expecting a lot from the younger generation so that the youth have a meaningful and creative worship.<br \/>\nApart from the main purpose, the workshop would also lay stress on discovering talents so that there was the option for youth to pick up their theatre skills as part of their career.
