The accused identified as one Acii Vadeo (37) son of Dasucho, resident of Puruba village under Phek district was arrested while collecting tax from civil loaded trucks at Mission Colony Pfutsero town.&nbsp; On searching him cash amount Rs. 13, 750 were recovered.
