Ministry of \u2018war victim\u2019NSCN has condoled the demise of Benjamin, who was killed by the 13th Assam Riffles while on duty. <\/p>\n
Kilonser Ministry of War Victim Z. D. Bon Gangmei in a condolence note stated late Benjamin was one of the \u201cbest and bravest soldier\u201dof the Naga army. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe lawless and thoughtless act of 13 Assam Riffle in the killing of Benjamin is observed as one of the most defrauding and double standard game of GOI cheaply committed just to reflect the unregidity and unprincipled nature of India. <\/p>\n
It is so unexpected to know that the 13th Assam Riffles are cooperating and supporting the unlawful armed activists who are creating terrors to the public and at the same time working hard against the Naga Nation in their own whimsical and volition\u201d, stated the release. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe GOI admitted that military measure could not solve the Naga political issue. But the Indian armies without respecting the will, wit and wisdom of Indian leaders and government goes about committing criminal activities wherever and whenever they could take chance to do so. <\/p>\n
They keep making lame excuses or twisting the events to their own safe rights by putting blames and fault on the Nagas. When the GOI and Nagas are keeping ceasefire truce, the 13th Assam rifles are randomly killing the Nagas, willfully violating the ceasefire agreement\u201d, added the release.<\/p>\n
The ministry also conveyed its \u201cdeep heartfelt pain and sorrow\u201dover the \u201cunfortunate loss\u201dof brave and true Naga soldiers in the recent factional gunfight at Tamenglong HQ. <\/p>\n
\u201cTheir deaths are a great loss not only for the bereaved families but also heavy loss for the Naga Nation.
