(Retd.) Khole Konyak has said that the GPRN\/NSCN\u2019s fiscal policy for 2014-15 must be based on the policy of \u201cminimal taxation\u201d formally introduced by \u201cour forefathers\u201d during the initial years of Naga political struggle.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In his speech to the \u2018national tatar hoho cum budget session 2014-15, made available to the media by MIP, Khole said that GPRN\/NSCN could not deviate from the honest and transparent fiscal tradition. \u201cThe sustenance of our National struggle is paramount and it must be streamlined&#8230; \u201d, said Khole.
