\nANIDFSAJF sessional chairman N. Zhekugha Assumi and sessional secretary K. Atovi Awomi said the demonstration has been called against the state government\u2019s failure to fulfill the forum\u2019s demand on service regularization and Revision of Pay (RoP).
\nThe signatories pointed out that many Worked Charged (W\/C) casual employees working for 35 years have been \u201cterminated\u201d from service without pension benefits. The forum has requested the cabinet to take up the issue during the forthcoming budget session in the state assembly.
\nANIDFSAJF also informed over one thousand employees had attended the meeting Tuesday in Dimapur for the proposed demonstration.
\nANIDFSAJF chairman at the meeting said that there has been no positive response to the forum\u2019s demand from the state government despite the high court directive.
\nANIDFSAJF has asked all inter-departments under Dimapur to send more than 10 delegates to Kohima on March 21 for the demonstration and warned of serious action if members failed to attend.
\nANMFSA backs stir
\nAll Nagaland Medical Field Staffs\u2019 Association (ANMFSA), Dimapur has extended support to the call for demonstration by All Nagaland Inter-Departmental Field Staff Association Joint Forum (ANIDFSAJF) on March 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
\nIn a press release, ANMFSA president Khekishe Zhimomi and general secretary Sentilemba said the issue of Worked Charged (W\/C) employees\u2019 service regularization and Revision of Pay (RoP) as per the directive of the Gauhati High Court, was discussed in Kohima on March 14.
