The former Hannah Montana favourite said: \u2018You know it\u2019s funny cos today I was looking, my fans had put all these mugshots up and they were like, \u201cI don\u2019t see a Miley mugshot yet. \u2018I get the most flack from anybody but I don\u2019t do anything illegal. \u2018I\u2019m doing a lot of s**t, but I\u2019m not doing anything illegal \u2013 so that\u2019s alright. Everything I do is legal in California.\u2019 She also revealed her mother Tish gets angry that she keeps sticking her tongue out on stage and for photographs.<\/div>\n
But Miley explained: \u2018It\u2019s because I don\u2019t like getting my picture taken, I kind of get embarrassed. \u2018You don\u2019t see it, on the red carpet the people taking your pictures are yelling at you and it gets you a little nervous. \u2018People are doing it, Madonna\u2019s doing it.
