He added cutting down of trees and development without soil conservation was opposite the policies of the department.<br \/>\nHe asked the villagers to conserve soil and take care of environment. <br \/>\nLater, LRD deputy director also interacted with the self help group and also taught them about the technique of book keeping and record maintaining followed by interaction with the villager.&nbsp; <br \/>\nLRD Kiphire district project officer Ahozhe Sumi gave the key note address and highlighted the activities taken up in the project.&nbsp; <br \/>\nLRD asst project officer Puthuto Natso chaired the program.
