{"id":167465,"date":"2013-12-22T23:55:41","date_gmt":"2013-12-22T23:55:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2013\/12\/22\/farm-school-on-banana-at-yoruba\/"},"modified":"2013-12-22T23:55:41","modified_gmt":"2013-12-22T23:55:41","slug":"farm-school-on-banana-at-yoruba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2013\/12\/22\/farm-school-on-banana-at-yoruba\/","title":{"rendered":"Farm school  on banana  at Yoruba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Farm school on banana was set up at Yoruba village by ATMA Sekrezu block, Phek on December 6. <br \/>\nThe programme was chaired by BTT convener, Dzuthoru Chotso. <br \/>\nDuring the programme the concepts of farm school was explained to the farmers while resource person WDTM Land resource, Phek Chosoveyi spoke on banana field management. <br \/>\nMeanwhile, Vetatso Veswu was appointed as farm teacher. <br \/>\nTraining and demonstration on agri and allied activities were also conducted. <br \/>\nWDTM LRD, Phek, Chosoveyi imparted training on package of practices for banana, ASO Sericulture, Phek, Zuhucho gave demonstration on spinning of silk from cocoons and SMS ATMA, Viketuno Chusi demonstrated on seed treatment. <br \/>\nThe training was attended by 41 farmers. <br \/>\nATMA, Sekrezu block, Peren also conducted training and demonstration on December 6 at Runguzu village. <br \/>\nResource person, assistant sericulture officer, Phek, Zuhucho and SMS ATMA Viketuno Chusi trained the farmers on silk production, importance of SHG in land resource development and importance and use of bio-fertilizers respectively.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Farm school on banana was set up at Yoruba village by ATMA Sekrezu block, Phek on December 6.
