NPSC-2\/2012-2013 and revoke undergoing promotion process for those four posts within a week.<\/p>\n<p>According to UCEAN, as per government order dated August 18, 20 numbers of posts (SDO and above) were released (17 on retirement, two on expiry and one new post creation). <\/p>\n<p>In a representation to commissioner &amp; secretary, PWD (W&amp;H), UCEAN president M.edozeu Chatsu and general secretary Neikuonuo Solo pointed out that as per Nagaland engineering service rules, 60% of vacancy has to be directly recruited through NPSC (12 posts) and remaining 40% (8 posts) by departmental promotion. <\/p>\n<p>However, UCEAN said only 8 posts (SDO) were advertised violating service rule.
