{"id":16878,"date":"2018-07-22T23:27:56","date_gmt":"2018-07-22T23:27:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/07\/22\/ancsu-holds-2nd-union-assembly\/"},"modified":"2018-07-22T23:27:56","modified_gmt":"2018-07-22T23:27:56","slug":"ancsu-holds-2nd-union-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/07\/22\/ancsu-holds-2nd-union-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"ANCSU holds  2nd union assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The 2nd union assembly of the All Nagaland College Students\u2019 Union (ANCSU) was held at the Auditorium Hall of Saku\u2019s Mission College Dimapur on July 20.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">A press release from its speaker Pithungo Shitio and assembly speaker Toito D Chishi said the union assembly was chaired by the ANCSU speaker and roll call was conducted where 30 affiliated units attended the assembly.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The assembly deliberated on the Kohima Science College Jotsoma Land Encroachment issue where it was decided that it will wait till August 9 as proposed by the district Administration.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Other issues discussed were MBBS\/BDS and other professional courses issue; 2017-18 scholarship issue; immediate detachment of teachers attached (self-styled) to VIPs, Directorate, DEOs, SDEOs and other missions.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Thejasenuo Kire of St. Joseph College of Jakhama was inducted as the women Coordinator of ANCSU for the tenure 2017-19.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Mountain View Christian college students Council Kohima was suspended till further notice due to the college being declared non- functional.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">ANCSU general secretary pronounced the vote of thanks and the assembly secretary read out the meeting minutes of the assembly.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The union assembly speaker pronounced the quorum formed. Inato Y.
