Atuk, also lauded the Naga United Village Council (NUVC) for apprehending the accused and handing over the accused over to the police.<\/p>\n<p>The union further urged the council to take action as per rules and regulation of the village. ENPUC condemns: Eastern Nagaland Peoples\u2019 Union Chumukedima (ENPUC) has condemned the rape of a minor by Joshua Rhakho on September 14 at Naga united village, block-B, Diphupar area Dimapur. <\/p>\n<p>In a press release by general secretary stated that the trends of rape of minor have become a rampant in the society and kind of act will not be tolerated.
