Ngonyen stated that decision to suspend agitation was taken November 2 after an emergency presidential executive meeting at PSC office, Longleng.<\/p>\n<p>They also said agitation was suspended following assurance given by PWD (R&amp;B) to resume the work at the earliest by the responsible contractors. PSC said it was also informed that a revised estimate has been done by the expenditure finance committee, ministry of DONER October 3 last.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, PSC said its agitation has been temporarily suspended w.e.f. November 3-15. PSC, however, asked the responsible contractors to start the work within the stipulated time, failing which it would start agitation. Further, PSC has asked all the respective federating units to be prepared.
