Dr. U. K. Konyak, CMO Mon, delivered on importance of safe delivery, care of new born baby, initiation of breastfeeding within one hour of delivery. He also oriented the participants on immunization and diarrhea. <br \/>\nThe programme was attended by medical officers and health personnel from all the blocks.
