Paphino termed the rebuttal by the SW&amp;WD as not having any merit, considering the magnitude of the corruption.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>The signatories disclosed that&nbsp; NPCC has already filed criminal cases with the State Vigilance Commission (SVC) on November 23, 2012. <\/p>\n<p>NPCC said that the entire matter was now with the court of the State Vigilance Commission and that it expected&nbsp; the latter to discharge its responsibility expeditiously as per the law. <\/p>\n<p>NPCC opined that if the offenders had anything to \u201ccomment or claim innocence\u201d, they should do so as and when summoned before the SVC court. <\/p>\n<p>NPCC further said it stood by its allegations against Chotis\u00fc Sazo, parliamentary secretary and his associates through its November 23 declaration. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) Monday reiterated its allegation of&nbsp; a mega scam in the Social Welfare and Women Development (SW&amp;WD) department where three allegedly bogus societies siphoned off money to the tune of over Rs. 136 crore during the past four financial years.
