Around 1059 patients were treated for gynecologist, pediatrician, dental, eye test and general check up.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe team was led by Dr. U. K. Konyak CMO, Dr. Supongmenla Walling DPO (RCH&amp;UIP), Dr M. K. Roy, Dr. Chingo, Dr. Pankathang, Dr. Shokwang and Dr. Rukuwe, and eight nurses, two lab-techs, two from malaria department, and other NRHM staff also assisted the doctors at the mela.<\/p>\n<p>The mela started at with a short programme in the Church chaired by Pongchai, BPM Tobu. <br \/>\nChairman VC, H. Sangti welcomed all the medical team and thanked District Health Society (DHS) for bringing health service providers along with medicines at their doorstep.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Supongmenla thanked the village for the hospitality and the arrangements.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDr. U. K.
