All 15 officer trainees participated in the program.<\/p>\n<p>A press release from deputy director and course coordinator, Nagaland Civil Services (NCS) programmes Administrative Training Institute (ATI) Nagaland Kohima, Dr. Hovithal Sothu stated that Kevethito Rose (Communitisation) was adjudged the first, while Riku Khutso (Prevention of Corruption Act 1988) and Toking (Role of administrators in Disaster Management) were adjudged second and third respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The judges for the day were Dr. S. Rongsen Longkumer, Imlibenla Jamir and Dr. Alem W. Longchar, while Zubenthung Lotha was the time keeper.<\/p>\n<p>The proceedings of the program were chaired by Dr. Hovithal N.
